Membership Cancellation: For all memberships, you must notify us 30 days in advance of any cancellation. We require a 30-day written notice that is effective 30 days after date of receipt. Payments prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
Enrollment Fee: $14.95 as a one-time fee is due at the time of membership purchase.
Freeze Membership: You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A $10 freeze fee will be debited out of your account. You may unfreeze membership at any time.

Deposit Policy
For group appointments, we require a 50% deposit for all reservations at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of services will be charged at the time of visit. If your group has a gift certificate for services, you are exempt from leaving a deposit, however we do require a credit card on file to hold your reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service time.
Cancelation Policy
Please give The Spa Lounge 24 hour notice (or 4 hour notice same-day) if you need to cancel your appointment. There is a $25 non-refundable cancelation fee for short notice cancelations and no-shows. For emergencies, an exception may be made. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at 516-667-6899.
