Spa Policy
Any cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the service's booked, as the time was reserved.  For fraud protection, all credit cards must be presented at checkout. We do not accept manual or keyed-in card entries. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you soon!

Group Events of 5 and more Policy
Group reservations of 5 or more guests must submit an event inquiry request via email at events@ebspas.com. A 50% non-refundable deposit and additional booking stipulations are required to secure your reservation. These policies help us reserve and secure our spa providers and accommodations for your group experience.
