Membership Terms
Membership Cancellation: For all memberships, you must notify us 30 days in advance of any cancellation. We require a 30-day written notice that is effective 30 days after date of receipt. Payments prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
Enrollment Fee: $14.95 as a one-time fee is due at the time of membership purchase.
Freeze Membership: You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A $10 freeze fee will be debited out of your account. You may unfreeze membership at any time.

What is a head spa?
It is an ancient Japanese scalp service with deep roots in Asia. It includes a cleanse, massage and treatments catered to your scalp needs. Similar to how facials manage skin health, a head spa is an equal session tailor-made to improve your scalp and hair condition.
What does the head spa experience include?
A head spa treatment consists of the use of serums, scalp detox treatment, scalp analysis, massage, exfoliants, hair loss and purifying treatments. This helps reset scalp the environment by promoting circulation, enhancing product absorption, and providing stress relief & releasing tension.
What to expect when receiving service at our location?
You will begin with a consultation including an in-depth scalp analysis, a detailed service recommendation, based on service of choice your treatment will include exfoliation, scalp massage treatment, and if needed a leave-in serum.
How can I continue treatment at home?
We carry Simply Organic Beauty retail products all suited for different scalp needs. We will also have service packages that can be customized based on your needs.
How long should I expect to be in the salon?
For every head spa appointment, we require an additional 15 minutes for each service. To fill out our treatment forms, change, and consultation.
Can my friend and I get the head spa done at the same time?
Yes, and we also offer a couples room.
What is a scalp analysis?
It’s a magnifying camera placed directly on your scalp allowing you to see the condition of your scalp.
Are blowouts included?
A simple rough dry is included with the head spa service. However, if a guest prefers a proper blow dry with styling, that can be booked as a separate service. We offer After-Spa blowouts at $25.00 for our opening price.
Will the head spa affect my hair color/keratin?
Our Essential Head Spa Experience uses Kérastase products that are not safe for Keratins.
Our Purifying, Detox, and Hair Loss treatments use Simply Organic products that are safe for Keratins.
Color treated hair is safe before or after.
Will the head spa affect my hair extensions?
If your head extensions were just put in (for weft only) you might be just slightly sore but we will use light pressure when performing our services.
Tape-In Hair Extensions - If they need to be moved up, we recommend that you have them moved up prior to visit to avoid them falling out.
We do not wash any clip-on hair extensions.
Is the head spa suitable for textured hair?
Our specialists are experienced with all types of hair from thin & fragile, thick & coarse, wavy, curly, porous, to even bald! However, the hair itself is actually not so much of a concern as we will be primarily focusing on the scalp during the head spa. At the end of the day, the head spa is a scalp treatment. As long as you have a scalp, you can use the head spa.
We only ask you to make sure that we have proper access to the scalp. We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores.
Is the head spa safe for expecting mothers?
Our head spa uses completely organic and natural ingredients; therefore, it is completely safe for pregnant customers. However, some guests may be concerned about being exposed to certain herbs and oils such as lavender while they are expecting. Therefore, it would be best to consult your doctor to see if anything you should avoid.
Another concern would be that we require guests to lay completely flat on your back during the whole duration of the service. If this is something you are unable to do, then it may be best to wait until after the delivery before trying the head spa.
Can I record myself during the service?
Once in the head spa private room, all cell phone usage will be prohibited. Please set your phone to silent mode and set it aside before starting the appointment.

What is a head spa?
It is an ancient Japanese scalp service with deep roots in Asia. It includes a cleanse, massage and treatments catered to your scalp needs. Similar to how facials manage skin health, a head spa is an equal session tailor-made to improve your scalp and hair condition.
What does the head spa experience include?
A head spa treatment consists of the use of serums, scalp detox treatment, scalp analysis, massage, exfoliants, hair loss and purifying treatments. This helps reset scalp the environment by promoting circulation, enhancing product absorption, and providing stress relief & releasing tension.
What to expect when receiving service at our location?
You will begin with a consultation including an in-depth scalp analysis, a detailed service recommendation, based on service of choice your treatment will include exfoliation, scalp massage treatment, and if needed a leave-in serum.
How can I continue treatment at home?
We carry Simply Organic Beauty retail products all suited for different scalp needs. We will also have service packages that can be customized based on your needs.
How long should I expect to be in the salon?
For every head spa appointment, we require an additional 15 minutes for each service. To fill out our treatment forms, change, and consultation.
Can my friend and I get the head spa done at the same time?
Yes, and we also offer a couples room.
What is a scalp analysis?
It’s a magnifying camera placed directly on your scalp allowing you to see the condition of your scalp.
Are blowouts included?
A simple rough dry is included with the head spa service. However, if a guest prefers a proper blow dry with styling, that can be booked as a separate service. We offer After-Spa blowouts at $25.00 for our opening price.
Will the head spa affect my hair color/keratin?
Our Essential Head Spa Experience uses Kérastase products that are not safe for Keratins.
Our Purifying, Detox, and Hair Loss treatments use Simply Organic products that are safe for Keratins.
Color treated hair is safe before or after.
Will the head spa affect my hair extensions?
If your head extensions were just put in (for weft only) you might be just slightly sore but we will use light pressure when performing our services.
Tape-In Hair Extensions - If they need to be moved up, we recommend that you have them moved up prior to visit to avoid them falling out.
We do not wash any clip-on hair extensions.
Is the head spa suitable for textured hair?
Our specialists are experienced with all types of hair from thin & fragile, thick & coarse, wavy, curly, porous, to even bald! However, the hair itself is actually not so much of a concern as we will be primarily focusing on the scalp during the head spa. At the end of the day, the head spa is a scalp treatment. As long as you have a scalp, you can use the head spa.
We only ask you to make sure that we have proper access to the scalp. We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores.
Is the head spa safe for expecting mothers?
Our head spa uses completely organic and natural ingredients; therefore, it is completely safe for pregnant customers. However, some guests may be concerned about being exposed to certain herbs and oils such as lavender while they are expecting. Therefore, it would be best to consult your doctor to see if anything you should avoid.
Another concern would be that we require guests to lay completely flat on your back during the whole duration of the service. If this is something you are unable to do, then it may be best to wait until after the delivery before trying the head spa.
Can I record myself during the service?
Once in the head spa private room, all cell phone usage will be prohibited. Please set your phone to silent mode and set it aside before starting the appointment.

Lounge Usage
Groups are welcome to use our lounge areas for events and parties. We limit the amount of time our lounge is used to ensure all of our guests have a chance to enjoy our amenities.
Weekday usage: 1 hour in lounge free of charge.
Weekend usage: 30 minutes in lounge free of charge.
Each additional 30 minutes of reserved lounge use will incur a cost of $50. Please advise our front desk how long you plan to use the lounge at the time of booking.
Decorations: Simple decorations are allowed such as balloons and table decor. If you need help setting up, please let us know in advance and allow for at least 1 hour of setup. We cannot make any holes in the wall and any supplies needed to hang decor must be provided by guest.
Food and drink: You are welcome to bring your own treats and drinks, however please do not bring any hot plates to maintain a serene spa experience for all guests. Approved foods include: cakes and refrigerated desserts, charcuterie boards, fruits and vegetables. Each guest is allowed one complimentary glass of champagne.
Deposit Policy
For groups of 3 or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of services will be charged at the time of visit. If you have a gift certificate for services, you are exempt from leaving a deposit, however we do require a credit card on file to hold your reservation due to our cancelation policy. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service time. Deposits are forfeited in the case of short notice cancelation or no-shows. Members of Eastern Breeze Spa are not required to leave deposits.
Cancelation Policy
All appointments are required to have a credit card on file in order to hold your reservation. Please note without a credit card on file, you will lose your reservation. Your card will not be charged and is held on file in case of the event of a no-show or short-notice cancelation. To cancel your services, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelation fees are as follows: Spa services are subject to a 50% service charge. Nails, hair and waxing services are subject to a $25 fee per service booked. Groups of 3 or more will be required to leave a deposit upfront.

Membership Cancellation: For all memberships, you must notify us 30 days in advance of any cancellation. We require a 30-day written notice that is effective 30 days after date of receipt. Payments prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.
Enrollment Fee: $14.95 as a one-time fee is due at the time of membership purchase.
Freeze Membership: You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days. A $10 freeze fee will be debited out of your account. You may unfreeze membership at any time.

Deposit Policy
For group appointments, we require a 50% deposit for all reservations at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of services will be charged at the time of visit. If your group has a gift certificate for services, you are exempt from leaving a deposit, however we do require a credit card on file to hold your reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service time.
Cancelation Policy
Please give The Spa Lounge 24 hour notice (or 4 hour notice same-day) if you need to cancel your appointment. There is a $25 non-refundable cancelation fee for short notice cancelations and no-shows. What is a head spa?
It is an ancient Japanese scalp service with deep roots in Asia. It includes a cleanse, massage and treatments catered to your scalp needs. Similar to how facials manage skin health, a head spa is an equal session tailor-made to improve your scalp and hair condition.
What does the head spa experience include?
A head spa treatment consists of the use of serums, scalp detox treatment, scalp analysis, massage, exfoliants, hair loss and purifying treatments. This helps reset scalp the environment by promoting circulation, enhancing product absorption, and providing stress relief & releasing tension.
What to expect when receiving service at our location?
You will begin with a consultation including an in-depth scalp analysis, a detailed service recommendation, based on service of choice your treatment will include exfoliation, scalp massage treatment, and if needed a leave-in serum.
How can I continue treatment at home?
We carry Simply Organic Beauty retail products all suited for different scalp needs. We will also have service packages that can be customized based on your needs.
How long should I expect to be in the salon?
For every head spa appointment, we require an additional 15 minutes for each service. To fill out our treatment forms, change, and consultation.
Can my friend and I get the head spa done at the same time?
Yes, and we also offer a couples room.
What is a scalp analysis?
It’s a magnifying camera placed directly on your scalp allowing you to see the condition of your scalp.
Are blowouts included?
A simple rough dry is included with the head spa service. However, if a guest prefers a proper blow dry with styling, that can be booked as a separate service. We offer After-Spa blowouts at $25.00 for our opening price.
Will the head spa affect my hair color/keratin?
Our Essential Head Spa Experience uses Kérastase products that are not safe for Keratins.
Our Purifying, Detox, and Hair Loss treatments use Simply Organic products that are safe for Keratins.
Color treated hair is safe before or after.
Will the head spa affect my hair extensions?
If your head extensions were just put in (for weft only) you might be just slightly sore but we will use light pressure when performing our services.
Tape-In Hair Extensions - If they need to be moved up, we recommend that you have them moved up prior to visit to avoid them falling out.
We do not wash any clip-on hair extensions.
Is the head spa suitable for textured hair?
Our specialists are experienced with all types of hair from thin & fragile, thick & coarse, wavy, curly, porous, to even bald! However, the hair itself is actually not so much of a concern as we will be primarily focusing on the scalp during the head spa. At the end of the day, the head spa is a scalp treatment. As long as you have a scalp, you can use the head spa.
We only ask you to make sure that we have proper access to the scalp. We cannot perform services on customers with extensions, braids, or sew-ins as these obstruct access to the scalp and pores.
Is the head spa safe for expecting mothers?
Our head spa uses completely organic and natural ingredients; therefore, it is completely safe for pregnant customers. However, some guests may be concerned about being exposed to certain herbs and oils such as lavender while they are expecting. Therefore, it would be best to consult your doctor to see if anything you should avoid.
Another concern would be that we require guests to lay completely flat on your back during the whole duration of the service. If this is something you are unable to do, then it may be best to wait until after the delivery before trying the head spa.
Can I record myself during the service?
Once in the head spa private room, all cell phone usage will be prohibited. Please set your phone to silent mode and set it aside before starting the appointment.

Lounge Usage
Groups are welcome to use our lounge areas for events and parties. We limit the amount of time our lounge is used to ensure all of our guests have a chance to enjoy our amenities.
Weekday usage: 1 hour in lounge free of charge.
Weekend usage: 30 minutes in lounge free of charge.
Each additional 30 minutes of reserved lounge use will incur a cost of $50. Please advise our front desk how long you plan to use the lounge at the time of booking.
Decorations: Simple decorations are allowed such as balloons and table decor. If you need help setting up, please let us know in advance and allow for at least 1 hour of setup. We cannot make any holes in the wall and any supplies needed to hang decor must be provided by guest.
Food and drink: You are welcome to bring your own treats and drinks, however please do not bring any hot plates to maintain a serene spa experience for all guests. Approved foods include: cakes and refrigerated desserts, charcuterie boards, fruits and vegetables. Each guest is allowed one complimentary glass of champagne.
Deposit Policy
For groups of 3 or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of services will be charged at the time of visit. If you have a gift certificate for services, you are exempt from leaving a deposit, however we do require a credit card on file to hold your reservation due to our cancelation policy. Deposits are refundable up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service time. Deposits are forfeited in the case of short notice cancelation or no-shows. Members of Eastern Breeze Spa are not required to leave deposits.
Cancelation Policy
All appointments are required to have a credit card on file in order to hold your reservation. Please note without a credit card on file, you will lose your reservation. Your card will not be charged and is held on file in case of the event of a no-show or short-notice cancelation. To cancel your services, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelation fees are as follows: Spa services are subject to a 50% service charge. Nails, hair and waxing services are subject to a $25 fee per service booked. Groups of 3 or more will be required to leave a deposit upfront.
